Not much to add really. I've checked with most plastic surgeons in the greater Richmond area to no avail. The dermatologists are not looking too promising either. Any form of tattoo removal would work. Should l go for the DIY cremes or continue trying to seek out a professional office? Suggestions?
EDIT: Forgot to add that this is for the Richmond, VA area.

Where can I find a reputable and reasonably priced Dr. who can perform laser tattoo removal?

You might have to travel to Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC for this procedure. I was looking on aad.org but could not find a listing for dr. who perform this but maybe if you called the Washington office at:
