watch what you drink and eat.soda,oily foods,butter,etcI notice if I eat a pizza i will get 1 or 2.it depends on the person.

Drink lots of water. Keep ur hands off ur face, & always wash the makeup off. I use proactiv & it is great, but if u do not want to spend that much money, find a toner that has witch hazel in it & use a mild benzolyl peroxide cream like clearasil.
Use makeup that is oil free & noncomedagenic (sp?). Benefit also makes a good product if u get big cyst like zits called Boo Boo Zap! that works well.
Good luck. If it is really bad, I would suggest Proactiv or seeing a dermatologist.
