How does one become a dermatologist
A dermatologist is a medical doctor who specializes in dermatology. You need to start with an undergraduate degree or at least complete specific classes required before applying to medical school. Some medical schools will admit u with those classes, good scores on the entrance exam (MCAT), & a good interview. Others require an undergraduate degree that includes those classes. Then u have four years of medical school & four years of residency & internship in dermatology. Depending on the school u attend it can take 10 - 12 years.
